Product Design at Zerum
Jun 2022 - present
As a UX/UI designer, my role goes beyond creating screens — I design complete journeys. I start by planning and conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to deeply understand real needs. From these insights, I help define user problems and map opportunities together with product and business teams.
I then structure flows, content, and screens to ensure clarity and usability, always grounded in accessibility standards. Using tools like Figma, V0.dev, and Lovable, I transform ideas into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and eventually high-fidelity designs. To guarantee scalability, I build and maintain components in a shared design system, creating consistency across products.
Collaboration is at the core of my process. I work closely with PMs, developers, analysts, QA, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage. I participate actively in design critiques, share feedback, and document decisions, flows, and component usage so the entire team stays connected.
I also bridge design with business goals by aligning solutions with KPIs and tracking their impact using metrics such as task success rate and NPS. Alongside this, I make sure all solutions follow WCAG accessibility guidelines, enabling inclusive experiences.
Finally, I bring a product perspective, contributing to prioritization and ensuring designs reflect the broader product vision. This combination of research, design, collaboration, and measurable impact is how I create value and deliver experiences that truly serve both people and businesses.

UX Designer Brazil at Bank
Jul 2021 – Oct 2022
During my time at Banco do Brasil (2021–2022), I acted as a Senior UX/UI Designer, leading initiatives to modernize the bank’s internal systems for credit card operations.
The challenge was clear: outdated, complex, and often manual flows inside legacy platforms like SISBB limited efficiency, traceability, and security. Employees relied heavily on spreadsheets and fragmented tools, which increased risks and made collaboration difficult.
Working with a cross-disciplinary team — managers, analysts, developers, and stakeholders — I guided the process from discovery to delivery. We mapped problems, tested with employees, and iterated on solutions. Through this journey, we:
Transformed static screens into dynamic interfaces, integrating layouts, card visuals, and detailed histories.
Standardized patterns and built new components to expand the Design System.
Improved usability by testing flows with employees and reducing daily task errors.
Introduced stricter access controls with double authentication, ensuring higher security.
The impact was direct: the team gained efficiency, reduced risks, and Banco do Brasil began operating with a more robust, scalable, and modern Design System — one that continues to evolve as the organization grows.

At Banco do Brasil, I led the UX team in rethinking systems for credit card operations. We transformed outdated, manual interfaces into clear and usable flows, standardized components into the bank’s Design System, and validated improvements through usability tests with employees. The result: fewer errors, more efficiency, and a scalable design foundation.
UX/UI Designer at New School
Nov 2020 - Apr 2022
At The New School, I played a key role in redesigning how students and educators interact with digital learning platforms. My work combined UX strategy, research, and design execution to ensure that technology empowered, rather than hindered, the academic experience.
The project involved:
Designing learning flows and dashboards that supported both students’ progress and educators’ teaching needs.
Conducting interviews and usability tests with a wide range of users, ensuring inclusivity and real-world validation.
Guaranteeing compliance with LGPD regulations and accessibility standards (WCAG), making the platform safe and usable for everyone.
Acting as a bridge across disciplines, aligning product strategy, pedagogical goals, and technical feasibility with development teams.
I applied skills in problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping — using tools like Figma to translate insights into clear, testable solutions.
The outcome was a more cohesive and accessible digital learning environment, one that connected students, educators, and technology under a single, user-centered vision.

UX/UI Designer at VirtualMed
Mar 2020 - Nov 2020
At Virtual Med, I had the opportunity to lead the end-to-end design of a Telemedicine app, bridging user needs, business strategy, and technology. My role covered the entire process — from early discovery to final delivery.
The journey began with desk research, stakeholder interviews, and market analysis, where I collaborated with doctors, patients, and clinics to understand real challenges. From these insights, I built personas, mapped business models, and applied Lean Design Jumpstart to test ideas quickly and reduce risks.
I then translated findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI, ensuring flows were clear, usable, and accessible. Using Figma, I designed dynamic interfaces that improved both the patient journey and the clinician experience.
Collaboration was crucial: I worked with cross-functional teams to align product features with strategic goals. Finally, I presented the project to executives and investors, showcasing the vision, usability improvements, and potential market impact.
The result was a Telemedicine solution ready for real adoption, built on a strong foundation of research, usability, and business alignment.
